We provide successful strategies to deal with stress and anger management in the workplace to ensure employee effectiveness and personal wellbeing.
Through group workshops and personalised mentoring,
course participants are given the opportunity to understand and recognise the signs and symptoms of stress. Appropriate strategies for coping with the anxiety that comes from working in a demanding environment are then developed.
This training benefits both individual employees and employers. By early identification of “at risk” personnel, proactive measures can be put in place to assist staff prior to a situation becoming difficult to manage.
Our goal is to increase participants’ self esteem by focusing on the positive aspects of their work and personal lives.
