The dynamics of effective leadership are examined together with those attributes and styles best suited for individual participants. The transition from team member to leader is highlighted.
 

A self-analysis questionnaire is completed by course participants to assist in determining their leadership style and ways to become a more effective leader.
 

Practical exercises are undertaken to analyse teamwork and leadership ability and to reinforce the information covered within the workshop. These practical exercises are video taped and shown to course participants to allow for personal analysis and self improvement and growth.
