Incident Managament
This course provides participants with the confidence & competence to manage “critical incidents” in their work environment.
After consultation, a training package is developed which draws upon a variety of “real-life” workplace incidents to
build a model of best practice and future strategies for your organisation. These strategies are then packaged with other proven techniques to build an incident management model that is specific to the needs of your individual workplace.
This course has been highly successful in assisting people employed in the field of security, law enforcement, community safety and dealing with safety-related incidents.
