Senior Training Coordinator
Warren
is an experienced training facilitator and workplace assessor, having
had over 15 years experience in both the private and the government
sector in the development, design, delivery and review of workplace-based
training courses.
His diverse operational police experience also equipped him well
to become a qualified operational-safety police training instructor
in conflict management, dispute resolution, policy and procedures,
defensive tactics and firearms discipline.
In the private sector, Warren has been a Workplace Trainer and
Assessor designing and facilitating many training courses including
workplace security; occupational health and safety; community and
customer service; teamwork; supervisory training; incident management,
business administration and training and theft minimisation.
Participating companies include Centrelink, Coles Myer, Country
Fire Authority (Vic), N.S.W. State Rail and Bus, Victoria Transport
Employees Tram, Train and Bus Services. Tenix Solutions, Macdonalds,
KFC, Local Government and the Department of Education and Training.
